By placing an order through this shop, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all Terms of Service listed below.
Failure to read these Terms of Service does not exempt customers from compliance with any policy.


PROCESSING AND PRODUCTION TIME

Processing and production times vary depending on the product, manufacturer, supplier, and order volume.
We work with multiple suppliers and manufacturers located in different countries. By purchasing from this shop, you acknowledge that production and fulfillment may involve third-party manufacturers and international logistics.
Estimated production times are provided as guidelines only and are not guaranteed.
Production delays may occur due to:
- Manufacturing issues
- Supplier delays
- Material shortages
- Customs inspections
- National holidays
- Shipping disruptions
- Force majeure events
- High order volumes
Such delays do not qualify for refunds, cancellations, chargebacks, compensation, or replacements.


Pre-Orders

Production for pre-order items begins only after the pre-order period has ended and final quantities have been confirmed.
Estimated production time is generally 2–8 weeks but may vary depending on the product and supplier.
Customers acknowledge that pre-orders require additional waiting time and agree to these conditions before purchasing.


SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping times vary depending on destination, customs processing, local postal services, and carrier performance.
Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed.
Once an order has been shipped, delivery is entirely dependent on the shipping carrier and local postal system.
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Customs clearance
- Carrier delays
- Weather conditions
- Labor strikes
- Transportation interruptions
- Government actions
- Lost tracking updates
- International logistics disruptions
Shipping delays do not qualify for refunds, cancellations, chargebacks, replacements, or compensation.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

Customers are solely responsible for monitoring the status of their orders.
Customers are expected to remain informed through:

- Instagram Broadcast Channel
- Official shop announcements
- Email communications
Failure to review announcements, notifications, or updates does not exempt customers from any shop policies.
Customers who have not received updates regarding their order are responsible for contacting the shop within the applicable claim period.
Failure to do so does not create any obligation for refunds, replacements, compensation, or order recovery.

CUSTOMER SUPPORT

All order-related inquiries must be submitted via email.
This includes:
- Order status
- Shipping questions
- Address updates
- Missing items
- Damaged items
- General support
Direct Messages through Instagram, Twitter/X, TikTok, Facebook, Discord, or other social media platforms are not considered official support channels and responses are not guaranteed.


PRODUCT REPRESENTATION

Product photos, mockups, digital previews, promotional images, and sample photographs are provided for illustrative purposes only.
Actual products may vary slightly in:
- Color
- Material
- Finish
- Size
- Printing position
- Packaging
- Manufacturing details
Differences resulting from manufacturing processes, supplier changes, monitor settings, lighting conditions, or production limitations are not considered defects.
Such variations do not qualify for refunds, replacements, or compensation.


MANUFACTURING VARIATIONS

Minor imperfections may naturally occur during manufacturing and quality control processes.
These may include:
- Small scratches
- Minor print shifts
- Tiny air bubbles
- Slight cutting differences
- Small color variations
- Minor packaging imperfections
These variations are considered normal and do not constitute damage or product defects.
Refunds, replacements, or compensation will not be issued for such variations.



CUSTOMS, TAXES, AND IMPORT FEES

Customers are solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, handling fees, or other charges imposed by their country.
Refusal to pay customs fees does not qualify for refunds, replacements, order cancellation, or compensation.
If a package is returned due to unpaid customs fees, the customer must pay all reshipping costs before the package can be shipped again.


TRACKING RESPONSIBILITY

Customers are responsible for monitoring all tracking information provided after shipment.
Customers are responsible for responding to:
- Delivery attempts
- Customs notices
- Postal notifications
- Pickup requests
Failure to monitor tracking information does not qualify for refunds, replacements, compensation, or order recovery.


ADDRESS RESPONSIBILITY

Customers are solely responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.
We are not responsible for orders affected by:
- Incorrect addresses
- Incomplete addresses
- Missing apartment numbers
- Incorrect postal codes
- Typographical errors provided by the customer
If a package is returned for any of the above reasons, the customer must pay all applicable reshipping fees.
Address changes cannot be guaranteed after an order has been placed.


LOST, STOLEN, OR MISDELIVERED PACKAGES

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, responsibility for transportation rests with the carrier.
We are not responsible for:
- Lost packages
- Stolen packages
- Packages marked as delivered
- Carrier delivery errors
- Packages delivered to incorrect locations by the carrier
Customers must pursue any available claims directly with the shipping provider.
No refunds, replacements, or compensation will be issued for such circumstances.


ORDER CLAIM PERIOD

Customers must report any issue regarding their order within 30 calendar days of:
- Delivery confirmation
- Pickup announcement
- Shipping notification
- Order completion notification
Failure to contact us within this period constitutes acceptance of the order status.
After 30 calendar days, the order will be considered closed and ineligible for investigation, replacement, compensation, refund, or recovery.


ABANDONED ORDERS

Orders that remain unclaimed for 30 calendar days after notification will be considered abandoned.
Abandoned orders may include:
- Convention pickups
- Event pickups
- Returned packages
- Orders awaiting customer response
- Orders awaiting payment of reshipping fees
Abandoned orders will:
- Be returned to inventory
- Become property of the shop
- Not be eligible for recovery
- Not receive refunds
- Not receive replacements
- Not receive compensation
No exceptions will be made.


CONVENTION AND EVENT PICKUPS

Customers selecting convention or event pickup are responsible for collecting their order during the designated pickup period.
Failure to collect an order during the event does not guarantee future pickup opportunities.
Alternative shipping arrangements, if offered, will be at the customer's expense.
Orders not claimed within 30 calendar days will be considered abandoned.


REFUND POLICY

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.


No refunds, cancellations, exchanges, store credit, or compensation will be provided under any circumstances specially those specifically outlined below.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Change of mind
- Personal dissatisfaction
- Delayed shipping
- Delayed production
- Customs delays
- Failure to read product descriptions
- Failure to monitor announcements
- Failure to claim an order
- Incorrect address information
- International shipping risks
- Carrier issues


DAMAGED ITEMS

Partial refunds or replacements may only be considered if:
- The item arrives physically damaged
- The damage occurred during shipment
- Clear photo and/or video evidence is submitted within 7 calendar days of delivery
Approval of any refund or replacement remains solely at our discretion.
Failure to provide sufficient evidence may result in denial of the request.


NO CANCELLATIONS

Orders cannot be canceled once payment has been submitted.
This includes:
- Pre-orders
- Made-to-order items
- Convention pickups
- Custom merchandise
- Limited-run products
No exceptions will be made.


ORDER ERRORS

If the customer receives an incorrect item or an incomplete order, notification must be provided within 7 calendar days of delivery.
After verification, a replacement may be issued at no additional cost.
Claims submitted outside this period may be denied.


HARASSMENT POLICY

Abusive, threatening, defamatory, discriminatory, manipulative, hostile, or inappropriate behavior toward the shop owner, staff, collaborators, suppliers, moderators, or community members will not be tolerated.
We reserve the right to:
- Refuse future sales
- Refuse future services
- Restrict communication
- Permanently ban customers from future purchases.


CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES

Customers agree to contact us directly before initiating any chargeback, dispute, reversal, claim, or payment investigation.
Fraudulent, abusive, or unjustified chargebacks may result in:
- Permanent purchasing bans
- Refusal of future services
- Submission of evidence to payment processors
- Recovery of associated administrative costs where legally permitted
Customers who initiate chargebacks after receiving products, services, digital goods, or completed fulfillment may be reported to the relevant payment provider.


FORCE MAJEURE

We shall not be liable for any delay, interruption, suspension, or inability to fulfill orders caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
These include but are not limited to:
- Natural disasters
- Pandemics
- Government actions
- War
- Civil unrest
- Labor disputes
- Supplier failures
- Transportation interruptions
- Utility outages
- Customs disruptions
Such events do not qualify for refunds, cancellations, chargebacks, compensation, or replacements.


POLICY CHANGES

We reserve the right to update, modify, revise, or replace these Terms of Service at any time.
The version of the Terms of Service in effect at the time of purchase shall govern the transaction.


ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By placing an order through this shop, customers confirm that they:

- Accept all claim deadlines
