Processing time:
-Processing time is different for some items (acrylic stuff primary).
-We work with different distributors located in different countries and cities, When you shop with us you support local and small international businesses.
-Take in count that, in pre-sales, production starts after presale ends, example: pre-sale ends March 12, production starts around 13-14 once we have the exact number of items, we are a small business, that's why we principally work with pre-sales!
-Be aware of time, processing is around 2-6 weeks, shipping is different for every city!
-Make sure to correctly write your direction, Remember that if the package is returned, you will have to pay for shipping again.
!!!WE DON'T DO REFUNDS!!!
We just offer a partial refund when:
-The package arrives with damage caused in transit (and with consistent evidence that this was the case)
-Refund is proportional to the damage caused, please note that this is a small business.
If your order is incomplete or it was an error on it (products different from the one you ordered) We can exchange your product or send you a new one at no extra cost. (notice that this shop is fully managed by one single person, so errors may occur)
Once your package is shipped:
-If your package is returned to us (The package was not received, the package had an incomplete address) you must pay the shipping cost again.
-Shipping takes aroun 15-45 business days to reach its destination.

Failed Deliveries, Pickups and Returned Orders
If your order can’t be delivered (due to an incorrect address, no response, or missed delivery), or if a pickup or in-person delivery isn’t completed or claimed within 2 months (60 days) from the ready date, the order will be considered unclaimed. After this period, the items will automatically go back to stock, and no refund or replacement will be provided.
